GENERAL INFORMATION
The NC Baptist State Youth Handbell Festival offers outstanding training and playing opportunities for your young middle school and high school bell ringers. Music is chosen in varying difficulty levels suitable for worship. If you have never attended a Youth Bell Festival, this is the year to bring your choir. We encourage participation by inter-generational choirs at this festival as well at all of our handbell festivals.
Show off your choir! Reward your choir’s year of hard work and dedication by selecting a favorite piece from their year’s repertoire to share with other choirs at festival. This is our time known as “Parade Time”. There are normally 2 Parades – 1 Friday evening and 1 Saturday morning. Seasonal selections such as Christmas pieces are welcomed and encouraged. We can be flexible to meet anyone’s schedule with rehearsal times and last minute changes of schedule. This part of the festival is to offer your choir the opportunity ring in a low stress performance environment. For choirs who would like to participate in parades, please list your musical selection and indicate your individual choir rehearsal time preference on your registration form.

Registration for the Youth Handbell Festival 2010 is now closed. We hope you will join us in 2011.
Registration Process: CLICK HERE to pay your registration fee online. IMPORTANT: To pay online, you must use Internet Explorer as your web browser (not Mozilla, Safari, etc.). When the form comes up, click on the box with the little stick men on it. CLICK HERE if you are not able to access the online registration form and need to print out a hard copy to mail in.
Cost:
* $200 per NC Baptist Church. (Churches that have two bell choirs attending will send $200 for first group and $50 for second group.)
* $250 NON-NC Baptist church
* Fee must accompany each registration and must be postmarked no later than January 26, 2010.
Several churches bring two Youth Bell choirs every year. ($200 choir number one from each church) ($50 Youth Handbell choir number two coming from the same church)
* Fee must accompany each registration and can be made electronically on the website or must be postmarked no later than January 26, 2010!!! You will receive confirmation of your registration
This year choirs will be accepted in the order that the Music and Worship Team receives registration and payment. We have only enough space for 35 choirs.
